Why is it occuring?

In order to improve our school the team needed to understand data-based problem solving to evaluate fidelity in order to use resources effectively. 

What are we going to do about it?

The team needs to attend professional development in order to engage staff, plan strategically for MTSS implementation, and model data-based problem-solving process for school improvement.

Action Plan

Team will attend professional development given by the school psychologist. 

How will we monitor and measure our success?

The Administrative team will monitor and model data-based problem-solving process for the team to implement.
