The links
below provide information necessary to trouble-shoot connectivity issues and order repair services for each of the Digital
Classroom components included on this support page. It is the responsibility of the school to use
the resources listed below as the first course of action to seek specific
equipment repairs.
There may
be times when the entire Digital Classroom “system” is not working, but the
actual component that has failed is not readily identifiable. In those cases – schools should call the ETS
Help Desk (321-0411) and ask that Remedy ticket be opened. Please ask that the help Desk agent make a
notation that the specific source of the problem in the digital classroom could
not be determined by the teacher or TLC.
ETS support staff will then follow up with the school to help assist in
the troubleshooting efforts.

repair ticket number will be assigned. A UPS pick up will be issued and
the unit will be sent to ELMO in New York for repair. The unit will be shipped directly back to the
school.
Send
only the unit no accessories.
Please
try to keep at least one ELMO box on hand for warranty purposes. (Or, pack
the unit in a box with a minimum 2” of packing material on all 4 sides and 2”
on the top and 2” on the bottom.)
If
just a power supply is needed, email or call Smiley’s AV. They will contact ELMO. ELMO will ship a new one directly to the
school at no charge. ELMO will then
email the school with a UPS Label to pick up the defective power supply.
