The Financial Services Unit supports all of the other units in I&T and the Instructional Technology Department. Financial Services is responsible the following: Payroll/Benefits processing, Inventory Maintenance, and Purchase Order and Requisition processing. Additional services provided include Telephones/Telecommunication payment processing, E-rate (federal universal service fund reimbursement for telecommunications purchases for schools) processing and support, and Hardware/Software Budget management. Financial Services interacts with schools and departments to review all invoices that relate to technology purchases prior to accounts payable payment to the vendors.
