Technology Advisory Committee

The Technology Advisory Committee (TAC) was formed by School Board Policy #5306 to provide
input, advice and assistance in the implementation of the District's Information Technology
Plan (I&TP).

This website is devoted to sharing ideas pertaining to the mission and goals of the district's Technology
Advisory Committee. This electronic forum will serve as a communication tool for members of TAC and
other BCPS community members.

Technology Standards

This website provides resources to assist technology users across the Broward County Public School system make appropriate purchasing and deployment decisions. It is also a resource for District staff engaged in the standards development process to coordinate and document their efforts. The 2011 Standards Overview describes Broward County Public School's current standards. On the website, you can find information on how to:
