The primary function of the Department is to update and maintain Job Descriptions, perform Job Analysis and Job Evaluations, maintain Pay Structures and perform Salary Surveys.

In addition, the Department maintains the Employment & Salary Administrative Handbook for all non-bargaining unit employees.
